PACKAGE POLICY

The Dorchester Hotel is happy to accept your packages at a cost of $5 USD per package. Please be advised that this service is provided as a convenience for our guests but the hotel is not responsible nor liable for these packages. Packages are accepted in the name of the reservation holder only. Packages that are not addressed to registered guests will be returned to the sender. If you are sharing a room with someone and your name is not on the reservation, please contact our Front Desk or email us at guestrelations@gomiamibeach.com prior to the package's delivery. Packages will be held for 15 days and will be sent back to sender if not picked up.
